A deceptively simple piece! It’s made of some of the same material I used in TQ67 and 68, but I made some inverted pleats to play with all those parallel lines in the print. Those seams give this piece something of a watery current to my eye, “rivulets” is the word that comes to mind.
Made from dress scraps, both right sides and wrong sides. Handsewn on December 6, 2022
