Each WHITEWORK gathering is audio-only and runs for two hours, allowing participants to focus fully on listening and sharing without visual distractions.

1. The session begins with a centering exercise to help us to prepare for meaningful engagement.

2. A conversation prompt is provided to the group for individual reflections and share-outs.

3. Participants are invited to share their thoughts as they feel naturally moved to do so.

4. After each person shares, the group observes a moment of reflection, creating space to fully absorb what was shared before moving to the next speaker.

5. The format is specifically designed to provide as many people as possible to share out.

6. The gathering concludes with another centering exercise, allowing participants to integrate the experience and transition mindfully back to their day.
